Misty like cloudy water? Or misty like a small fog around it?

Cloudy water-- add a couple of drops of milk to the water.

Foggy-- all I can come up with is dry ice.

A mist is water in the air. . .is that what you mean. Get the right attachments and I'm sure there are ways to make mist. There was something at Sam's last year and it was a system of hoses and when you turned it on it make a large amount of mist or spray. . .Not sure. . .wasn't buying.
